What is a Bag Of Happiness?
This is a half day workshop with the key aim of providing a brief introduction on the impact of stress and creating positive solutions.
The workshop is a fun, interactive positive session focused on solutions, identifying and using our own internal resources we have available to us. It includes – what is stress and how does it affect us. The science of positive thought and happiness. Developing resilience to handle the difficult/stressful times in our work and personal lives. Practical approaches to creating positive thoughts and happiness as the perfect antidote to stress, depression and anxiety. Each individual will make their own Bag of Happiness.
