Help kids have a happy childhood

What do you do if your child is so anxious that he or she can’t sleep, doesn’t want to go out with friends or can’t manage to go to school? Whatever the reason, it is a difficult time for any parent as well as the child.

We can help – we won’t judge you as a parent, we will support you to help your child. We will teach your child techniques to conquer their fears and anxieties, help your child to feel in control of their emotions so they can enjoy their lives.

Our sessions are practical and often fun. We teach relaxation methods, visualisation techniques, positive anchoring and goal setting in a way that suits each individual. We like to include the parent in our sessions so you can learn and support your child at home.

Our sessions may include practical tools that your child can take away with them, workbooks or our special “Bag of Happiness”.

You and your child will learn life skills that will improve your quality of life.
